Color Expressive Portrait

This is a portrait of my dad and me. 

I used the following principles to organize my composition: Unity, color contrast and planned patterns.

The principles that organize the following elements of art found in my piece are: Gesture and contour lines, 2D and  organic shapes, light and dark values, warm and cool colors and the use

    of positive and negative space.
